Ingredients:
4 to 5 pound chuck roast
1 cup flour
¼ cup vegetable oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Water
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
Spice Bag
7 whole cloves
1 oz pickling spice
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
2 oz diced onions

Ingredients:
1 pound beef stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
2 onions, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
1/4 head cabbage, sliced
3 tbsp margarine
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper

Ingredients:
2 tbsp yellow mustard seed
1/2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
