Ranch Potato Salad
Ingredients:
6 Medium potatoes; cooked, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup of Ranch dressing
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
