Nice dish to grill inside and not terribly expensive.
Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Pinch cayenne pepper (1/8 tsp)
Course sea salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
6 lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick

EZ Beef Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
1 pound cubed beef stew meat (chuck is great)
1 cup chopped onion
1cup chopped celery
1/4 cup beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1 pinch black pepper (1/8 tsp)
1 cup chopped carrots
5 3/4 cups water
