Chicken and Rice Pot Luck

This is a very simple and delicious meal to prepare for your whole family, and it’s healthy too!

Chicken and Rice Pot Luck

Ingredients: 

1 to 2 pounds boneless chicken

1  26 oz can cream of chicken soup

2  4 oz cans sliced mushrooms (optional)

2 cups prepared white rice

 Directions:

Cut boneless chicken into chunks and boil in 2 quarts of water for 20 minutes or until all pink is gone.

In a large casserole add 2 cups of prepared rice, cream of chicken soup, mushrooms and rinse soup can with 1/2 cup hot water.

Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

Serve on plates or bowls.
