Many find Mexican chains serve Avocado Salsa, but Ollie has found one recipe in particular that he really likes.
Avocado Salsa
Ingredients: 
1 ripe avocado
1 jalapeno, seeded and quartered
1 cup water
1 tbsp white vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp onion, diced

1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
